Welcome to our Gift Card Program. By purchasing or using a gift card from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Information

• Gift cards are issued electronically or physically and can be used only on purchases made through our store.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

2. Validity & Expiration

3. Redemption

• If the order total is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance will stay available for future purchases until expiry.

4. Restrictions

• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
• Gift cards may not be resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash.
• Only one promotional code may be applied per order unless otherwise specified.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
• Please keep your gift card code secure.
• Any unauthorized use is the responsibility of the card holder.

6. Returns & Refunds

• If an order purchased using a gift card is returned, refunds will be issued back to the original gift card whenever possible.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.

7. Fraud Prevention

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse gift cards suspected of fraud, misuse, unauthorized activity, or violation of these terms.
• Orders associated with suspicious activity may be delayed or canceled for verification purposes.

8. Promotional Gift Cards

Promotional gift cards distributed during campaigns, giveaways, or seasonal offers may:

• Have limited validity periods
• Be restricted to selected products or collections
• Require minimum purchase amounts
• Be limited to one use per customer

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our gift cards.
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the remaining balance on the gift card.

10. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Gift Card Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of the gift card constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
