At Visage by HOS, we offer shipping both within India and internationally. Shipping costs, delivery timelines, and available services depend on the destination, courier availability, and regional logistics.

Shipping options available for your location will be displayed at checkout.

1. Availability of Delivery Services

Delivery services depend on the coverage and policies of courier partners operating in each region.

  • Express delivery may be available for select domestic (India) locations.
  • International shipments are subject to destination country logistics and may not support express services.
  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations may experience extended delivery times or service limitations.

Visage by HOS does not control courier operations or delivery timelines.

2. Allowed Addresses and Restrictions

For security and delivery accuracy:

  • A valid and complete address is required for all orders.
  • Signature upon delivery may be required depending on the courier.

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO)
  • Hotels or temporary accommodations (including Airbnb)
  • Incomplete or unverifiable addresses

If an incorrect or restricted address is provided, Visage by HOS is not responsible for delays, loss, or failed delivery.

3. Processing and Dispatch Times

3.1 Ready-to-Ship Products

Products that are in stock are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

3.2 Made-to-Order / Special Items

Certain items may require additional preparation time.

  • Dispatch timeline: 7–15 business days depending on the product
  • Customers will be notified if extended processing is required

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timelines begin after dispatch.

  • India: 2–7 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Courier service availability
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Payment verification
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information

Visage by HOS is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

5. Courier Services Used

Visage by HOS works with multiple courier partners.

Domestic (India) Shipments

  • Orders are shipped using reliable courier services based on availability
  • Courier selection is automated and cannot be chosen by the customer

International Shipments

  • Handled by logistics partners and destination country carriers
  • Courier assignment depends on destination logistics
  • We cannot guarantee a specific courier for international deliveries

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate and complete details:

  • Full name
  • Correct shipping address
  • Active phone number
  • Valid email address

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, additional charges, or lost shipments, which will not be the responsibility of Visage by HOS.

7. Customs, Duties, and International Regulations

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • Visage by HOS does not control customs processing or delays
  • If a shipment is returned due to unpaid duties or failed delivery, additional charges may apply

8. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking number
  • A tracking link to monitor shipment status

All tracking updates are provided by the courier. Visage by HOS does not provide additional tracking details beyond what is shared.
